Any student registered for classes at DBC can use the ASC. Also, students who have completed the application process for the college and are preparing to enter, but are not yet registered in, an A.S. Degree, Certificate or Apprenticeship program can utilize the ASC through the VPI Program. Students enrolled in the ACCESS Program may also use the ASC.
